Will My Mat Arrive By Christmas?
This is always a tricky question as Personalized Gifts require extra processing time. We have guarantees from our vendors of when an order can be placed to ship in time to arrive on or before Christmas Eve.
“Guaranteed” Christmas delivery means that we will refund you 20% of the cost of the mat if you do not receive your mat by Christmas. A small percentage (less than 1%)of mats every year do not make it in time for Christmas. This can be due to a production issue, shipping problem, or some other unforeseen circumstance. Although the occurrances are rare, sometimes these things are out of our hands. Please note that this pertains only to the continental US.

If the mat is still shown on this page – it is still guaranteed. 
We cannot rush orders at this time, the only guarantee we can make is that it will be received by Christmas Eve. Of course, the earlier you order, the earlier you will receive your mat. We know many folks celebrate Christmas early with some friends and family than Dec. 25th, and we are certainly working to get all mats out just as soon as possible, but again, we cannot guarantee earlier than Dec. 24th right now.

We are looking for a few good photos
Every time I set out to update our website, send an email, post on Facebook or want to blog – I LOVE to include images.
Our customers have come up with really witty phrases for their mats, unique uses, or have created Grand Entrances built around the doormats they have purchased. So, what better resource to tap, than that of our very talented customer base?
WE WANT YOUR PHOTO. We will be using photos submitted for our own marketing purposes, so please make sure if you include family, friends, foe or feline, that you have proper permission from them. We will not include names when we use the images, but we will give credit to our fabulous photo submitters.
We are “family oriented” here – so please use good taste when submitting your photos. That’s not to say we don’t have a sense-of-humor, so if you have a tasteful way to photograph your “mat with an attitude” as we like to call them, please send them. We can always use a laugh, and if there is a way to use your image on our site or in our marketing efforts, we’d love the opportunity. But submissions that “cross the line”, well, they won’t be used for the photo contest as we need to be able to post the winner’s submission on our website. So please stay clear of “R” rated content.
That said, we look forward to seeing how our mats added that something “extra” to your entryway, pet area, boat dock, etc.

About the Design
The sand carved and hand painted design will last as long as your cedar mat. Because it is slightly carved into the wood, the design is shallow enough to be easily swept off and deep enough to avoid direct traffic wear and tear. Up to seventeen characters and spaces can also be placed on the top of your mat using the same technique as the design to personalize your Cedar Mat. A tough nylon boot brush is included and placed on the right side under the design. Remove dirt from shoe and boot treads and watch it disappear right where is belongs – outside and out of sight.
