Will My Mat Arrive By Christmas?
This is always a tricky question as Personalized Gifts require extra processing time. We have guarantees from our vendors of when an order can be placed to ship in time to arrive on or before Christmas Eve.
“Guaranteed” Christmas delivery means that we will refund you 20% of the cost of the mat if you do not receive your mat by Christmas. A small percentage (less than 1%)of mats every year do not make it in time for Christmas. This can be due to a production issue, shipping problem, or some other unforeseen circumstance. Although the occurrances are rare, sometimes these things are out of our hands. Please note that this pertains only to the continental US.

We cannot rush orders at this time, the only guarantee we can make is that it will be received by Christmas Eve. Of course, the earlier you order, the earlier you will receive your mat.
